| Subscription term and auto-renewal | Each paid plan runs for one month from the date you subscribe. Unless you cancel before your next renewal date, it renews automatically every month on the same terms. If you stay subscribed for 12 months, the total you pay is $228 for Starter, $828 for Pro, and $2,388 for Business. |
| Credits | Credits reset on each monthly refresh date, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month. For paid plans, the refresh date is your subscription renewal date. Credits are a unit for measuring your use of the Service and can be used only for eligible features within the Service. They cannot be transferred to third parties, resold, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Service. |

| Offer validity | There is no deadline to subscribe. If we run a limited-time promotion, its deadline will be stated separately. |
| How to cancel | Before your next renewal date, cancel from Billing in your account (through the Stripe Customer Portal), or request cancellation through the contact form or by email at support@knot-ai.xyz. After you cancel, you can keep using the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for, and all future auto-renewals stop. |
| Returns and refunds | Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not accept requests to cancel a completed purchase for personal reasons, and we do not provide prorated (daily or monthly) refunds or refunds for unused credits. If you are charged twice or incorrectly, or if there is a serious defect for which we are responsible, we will investigate and provide a refund, extend your service period, or take other reasonable measures.
