before you subscribe
- Currency
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price shown is the amount charged each month.
- Payment method
- Credit card, entered on a secure checkout page.
- Term & auto-renewal
- Paid plans run month to month from the day you subscribe and renew automatically on the same plan until you cancel.
- Billing date
- Your first payment is charged when you subscribe, then on each monthly renewal date.
- Credits
- Credits reset on each monthly refresh date, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month. For paid plans, the refresh date is your subscription renewal date.
- When you run out
- When you run out of credits, image generation stops until you upgrade to a higher plan or your credits refresh. There are no automatic top-ups or usage-based charges.
- Cancellation
- Cancel before your next renewal date from Billing in your account, or contact support if you can't. After you cancel, you can keep using your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds
- We generally don't issue prorated refunds if you cancel for personal reasons. If you're charged twice or incorrectly, or a major outage affects the service, we'll investigate and respond.
